The role focuses on shaping regional strategy, driving business performance, managing risks, and guiding initiatives with senior leadership. The candidate will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Data & Analytics to ensure effective planning and execution, while overseeing budgeting and forecasting

Formación

• Translate strategy into execution with roadmaps and governance.
• 10+ years in strategy, transformation, or management roles in financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and shape regional strategy with senior executives.
• Develop strategic perspectives on growth, client themes, and operating models.
• Translate insights into proposals aligned with Global–LATAM strategy.
• Present to country leadership with adoption pathways and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation.
