Formación

• 10+ years in payments or financial services with program management.
• Experience coordinating multiple regional product teams.
• Knowledge of USD clearing and offshore cash management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction for Product efforts in close coordintation with Sales teams.
• Act as central point of contact for the ACAC Payments Head for all regional (ACAC) product efforts.
• Coordinate efforts across different product teams to ensure cross impact analysis and opportunities to leverage initiatives for efficiencies.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders.
• Directs end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, and reporting, while seeking efficiency improvements.
• Owns the New Product Assessment (PDA) process coordinating with partners and ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers and resourcing.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and unblock obstacles to progress.
• Organize and lead regular meetings with senior stakeholders to provide updates and drive decision-making.
