JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Bogotá seeks a Vice President of Strategy and Transformation to partner with Payments leadership across the Andean, Central America and Caribbean region, driving performance, managing risk, and supporting key initiatives with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

This highly visible role requires translating strategy into action, guiding budgeting and forecasting, and leading change initiatives while ensuring compliance with corporate objectives and policies.

Formación

• Translate strategy into execution with roadmaps and governance.
• Experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Senior Executive Management to define regional strategy and align with Global–LATAM.
• Develop structured strategic perspectives on growth priorities and operating models.
• Translate insights into concrete proposals with rationale, impact, constraints, and implementation.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and present findings to senior leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and alignment with strategy and value propositions.
• Prepare impactful presentations and reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Data & Analytics.
