J.P. Morgan invites a Transformation executive and Business Manager to partner with Payments leadership across the Andean, Central America and Caribbean region.

The role focuses on driving performance, managing risks, and supporting strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders. You will synthesize complex data into compelling narratives, lead cross-functional teams, and advance change initiatives while ensuring disciplined financial planning and resilient operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial services, business management, or a similar strategic role.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to distill complex information into key insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations.
• Confident leader with the ability to influence outcomes and build relationships across teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, consulting-style environment.
• Experience in Payments, consulting or understanding of payments products and processes is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to scale automated reporting and dashboards and experience using AI-enabled workflows to streamline data preparation, insight generation, and narrative drafting for senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business heads as a trusted advisor, supporting decision-making and strategic planning.
• Lead performance management activities, including financial analysis, reporting, and communication of business results.
• Identify, elevate, and mitigate business risks, ensuring compliance with corporate objectives and policies.
• Develop business cases for strategic investments and process improvements.
• Drive change by prioritizing issues, proposing solutions, and leading initiatives to completion.
• Prepare impactful presentations and reports for senior management, synthesizing complex information into clear narratives.
• Oversee expense management, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Data & Analytics to achieve business objectives.
• Support business resiliency and continuity efforts.
