J.P. Morgan seeks a Vice President to lead the Latin America Digital Channels commercialization, owning end-to-end platform adoption and market relevance across the ACAC region. You will work with product management, regulatory compliance, and client engagement to drive growth and regional success.

The role requires strong strategic execution, deep LatAm regulatory knowledge, and a proven background in digital banking or payments across multiple countries.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital banking, payments, or related fields.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to translate market insights into executable plans.
• In-depth knowledge of the LatAm regulatory environment across multiple countries.
• Strong product management skills with experience overseeing digital product development and enhancement.
• Strong relationship and communication skills to engage multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the commercialization strategy for digital platforms across Latin America, with focused execution in the ACAC region.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase platform adoption and usage, aligning initiatives with regional goals.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and product expansion.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of digital products, applying strong product management discipline across the full lifecycle.
• Ensure platforms are adapted for local compliance and market relevance across LatAm countries.
• Develop partnerships with third-party vendors to create strategic alliances that strengthen the platform ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital banking initiatives and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies across LatAm.
