Verse Medical is hiring a Patient Experience (PX) Representative to support patients and clinics with medical supply orders. You will ensure timely, accurate guidance on orders, insurance coverage, delivery schedules, and returns.

You will communicate with patients via phone, email, and messaging platforms, document interactions, and escalate complex cases to operations or billing as needed. The role emphasizes empathy, clear language, and patient-centric service.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills with patients and clinics.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with medical challenges.
• Attention to order accuracy and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external clinics.
• Comfort using VerseOS, knowledge bases and Slack.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and clinics via phone, email, and messaging.
• Provide guidance on supply orders, eligibility, and insurance coverage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues including delays, incorrect items, or denials.
• Escalate complex cases to operations, billing, or management as needed.
• Document interactions clearly in internal systems for continuity of care.
• Educate patients on policies, out-of-pocket options, and coordination with clinics.
