Quipt Home Medical in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the frontline contact for patients, caregivers, referrals, and commercial accounts, handling orders, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism.

You will verify insurance, process orders, coordinate deliveries, explain billing terms, and support team goals while maintaining accuracy, courtesy, and timely communication.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Clerical or Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries and process orders accurately and timely.
• Verify insurance and billing information for third-party payments.
• Assist with delivery scheduling and patient instruction.
• Greet visitors and direct to appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
