Verse Medical, Inc. seeks a Patient Experience Representative to be the frontline for patients and clinics, ensuring timely, accurate supply orders and empathetic service. You will navigate insurance coverage, delivery schedules, and returns while maintaining high patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries across channels, guiding patients on eligibility and coverage, and escalating complex cases when needed to maintain smooth operations and exceptional care delivery.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and patience when interacting with patients and clinics.
• Strong attention to accuracy in order processing and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first contact point for patients and clinics via phone, email, and messaging.
• Proactively contact patients to guide on supply orders and timing.
• Provide accurate guidance on order eligibility and insurance coverage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues like delayed shipments or incorrect items.
• Escalate complex cases to operations, billing, or management as needed.
• Document interactions clearly in internal systems to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on policies, out-of-pocket options, and coordination with clinics.
