The ideal candidate excels in copywriting, data-driven storytelling, and maintaining strong client relationships while continuously testing and optimizing creative concepts to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other performance data tools (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc).
• Ability to pull and use creative performance data to inform roadmaps and insights.
• Strong understanding of performance-driven creative and how to apply insights in work.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social creative strategy for multiple clients across accounts.
• Design high-performing creative assets using data insights and audience research.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and delivery.
• Maintain clear client communications and manage expectations.
• Iterate and ideate toward predefined performance goals based on data.
• Develop rapport with clients to understand product goals and explain Power Digital processes.
• Audit campaigns to identify winning ads and inform monthly roadmaps with hypotheses.
• Write strategic, direct-response copy and messaging strategy.
