Sur Global is seeking a Senior Paid Media Buyer to own paid acquisition for high-ticket coaching programs. You will manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube, and influence landing pages, creative direction, and email flows to maximize revenue. This is a full-time, in-house role collaborating with marketing and sales.

You bring hands-on experience with large paid media budgets, strong English communication, and comfort working remotely with an all-star team.

Formación

• Experience managing at least $100,000-$250,000+ per month in paid media spend.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
• Experience marketing high-ticket coaching, consulting or education offers.
• Understanding of funnels: application, booked-call, webinar, and lead-gen.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube.
• Drive qualified applications and booked calls for high-ticket programs.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, CPA, and funnel performance across channels.
• Collaborate with sales, optimize landing pages and emails for conversions.
• Use AI tooling to improve analysis, testing, and reporting.
