The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to deliver measurable business results in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager is required.
• Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads or other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other social platforms.
• Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance to ensure KPIs and business objectives are achieved.
• Perform ongoing optimizations to improve campaign efficiency, conversions, and overall performance.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and post-campaign analyses.
• Conduct account audits and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure quality and accuracy throughout campaign setup, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign success.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
