You'll deliver rapid turnarounds, produce multiple variants per footage batch, and collaborate with the Head of Growth to optimize campaigns. English fluency and fast-paced delivery are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years in an ad-driven editing role, delivering paid creative with measurable results.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro + After Effects.
• Deep understanding of performance creative and effective hooks.
• Fluent written English; conversational spoken English for weekly calls.
• Fast, reliable, deadline-driven with high-volume production.

Responsabilidades

• Edit UGC-style vertical video (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) optimized for paid performance.
• Produce ad variants at volume with multiple hooks and CTAs.
• Cut interviews into testimonial ads featuring parents, coaches, and players.
• Add motion graphics and captions; include brand elements.
• Turn around priority requests in 24-48 hours.
• Maintain organized footage library and template system.
• Work from weekly briefs and report variant output.
