Inchcape Digital is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to drive digital strategy and activation, focusing on campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to meet lead generation and performance targets.

You will monitor budgets, analyze KPIs, and prepare actionable reports for stakeholders, collaborating with business units to deliver on SLAs and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience planning and executing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Ability to monitor budgets and optimize for CPL, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
• Strong analytics and reporting to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Monitor, optimize, and manage campaign budgets to achieve lead generation, conversion, and performance targets.
• Analyze campaign results and track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and engagement.
• Develop reports and presentations with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with business units and provide consultative support on paid media strategy and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and adoption of new digital marketing trends and platforms.

What you'll do
