Inchcape Motors Finland Oy is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to drive digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on lead generation and cost-efficiency. You will monitor budgets, analyze KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of Paid Media management, strong data analytics, and excellent communication skills. Experience with GA4, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience managing Paid Media campaigns and client relationships.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on lead generation and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor, optimize and manage campaign budgets to achieve lead generation, conversions and performance targets.
• Analyze campaign results and track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS and engagement.
• Develop reports and presentations with actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery and adherence to SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and market analysis.
