Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Veterinary, to own paid media for veterinary clients across the US and beyond. You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads campaigns, set budgets, run tests, and report ROI on client calls.

You bring 3+ years hands-on experience, a track record of ROAS improvement, agency experience across multiple clients, and clear US English for live calls. Veterinary/multi-location experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for veterinary accounts.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for clients and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

As Paid Media Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
