Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI-first digital agency. We are hiring a Paid Media Manager for veterinary clients, owning campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.

You will manage budgets, track performance with GA4 and pixels, and craft 90-day roadmaps while maintaining strong client relationships. You will present campaign narratives on calls and work with US-based clients, leveraging agency experience to optimize ROAS and pipelines across multi-location veterinary

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing campaigns end-to-end.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience juggling multiple clients in an agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for veterinary accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and when to pause or kill campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels for accurate attribution.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for clients and present the narrative behind the numbers.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
