Job summary

You will own end-to-end P&C lifecycle services for onshore clients, support policy renewals with sales agents and service managers, and mentor a team of Client Service Managers while maintaining accurate policy information across Gallagher’s systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally in Property & Casualty.
• Solid understanding of the Property & Casualty space, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Proven ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Proactive problem-solving with ownership and precision.
• Analytical mindset to assess situations and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Be the Go-To Expert: serve as the primary contact for our onshore team, providing end-to-end support for Property & Casualty lifecycle services.
• Drive Renewals with Precision: collaborate with sales agents and service managers to ensure seamless policy renewals from preparation to execution.
• Lead and Inspire: guide and mentor a team of Client Service Managers, fostering growth and excellence.
• Enhance Operational Efficiency: identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize workflows for better outcomes.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Ensure Accuracy: maintain up-to-date policy information and documentation in Gallagher’s systems.
