Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a Health & Benefits Operations Support professional to help deliver a smooth, high-quality experience for clients, colleagues, carriers, and benefit providers.

You will support renewal work, keep client records up to date, and act as a trusted contact for Client Service Managers, Account Managers, Benefits Consultants, and brokers. You’ll help resolve service issues with care, and contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency

Formación

• Associate or bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in Health & Benefits, Employee Benefits, or Benefits Administration.
• Experience supporting Account Managers, Client Service Managers, or Brokers.
• Clear communication skills and trust-building ability.
• Organized, able to manage priorities, and take ownership.
• Problem solving mindset and teamwork oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely, accurate support across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and voluntary benefits.
• Assist renewal work by organizing details and tracking next steps.
• Be a trusted contact for Client Service Managers, Account Managers, and Benefits Consultants.
• Help resolve complex service issues with care and urgency.
• Keep client records and benefit information accurate and up to date.
• Build relationships with carriers, TPAs, vendors, and internal partners.
• Help improve processes for consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
• Share knowledge and support new team members.
• Contribute to a positive client experience through dependable service.
