Formación

• Solid understanding of Property & Casualty with 3+ years of experience.
• Clear and confident client and colleague communication.
• Proven relationship-building skills across teams.
• Proactive problem-sensing and ownership to complete tasks.
• Analytical mindset for assessing situations and decisions.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Go-To Expert: primary contact for onshore team, end-to-end P&C lifecycle support.
• Drive Renewals with Precision: ensure seamless policy renewals from prep to execution.
• Lead and Inspire: mentor a team of Client Service Managers.
• Enhance Operational Efficiency: identify ways to streamline processes and workflows.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure Accuracy: maintain up-to-date policy information in Gallagher’s systems.
• Resolve with Confidence: handle queries and service requests proactively.
