BMNS is hiring a Business Development Representative in Bogotá, Colombia. You will execute an established outbound cadence against target operating companies in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

Role emphasizes high-volume, repeatable activity, strong English communication, and discipline in following the defined process. Knowledge of HubSpot and related tools is required.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside-sales role with outbound calls and emails.
• Comfortable with high-volume, repeatable outbound motion and daily activity.
• Coachable and disciplined about following an established process.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Reliable daily availability during US business hours.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, or distribution companies.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or services business.

Responsabilidades

• Execute outbound motion against a defined ICP and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Keep CRM (HubSpot) accurate with activity, notes, and next steps logged same-day.
• Use calls, email, and LinkedIn to sustain a high-volume outbound cadence.
• Support the sales team with data and follow-up to maintain pipeline.
