SellCord is a Bogotá-based agency specializing in launching and scaling brands on Walmart Marketplace. We seek a motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team and drive outbound outreach to generate leads and support pipeline growth.

This entry-level role emphasizes high-volume calls, SMS, and emails, with coaching and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of outbound sales/BDR/SDR experience.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM.
• Capable of high-volume outreach via calls, SMS, and email.
• Detail-oriented and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, SMS campaigns, and email outreach.
• Follow structured scripts and messaging guidelines while maintaining natural and engaging conversations.
• Generate and qualify new leads through cold outreach and follow-up on marketing-generated or event-based leads.
• Drive attendance for company events and marketing initiatives.
• Track outreach activity, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM.
