Job summary

Solvo Global Careers is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management & Sales Support Coordinator in Barranquilla, Colombia. You will support Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service through the entire order lifecycle to ensure accurate pricing, inventory coordination, and post-sales service.

The role requires 1–3 years in order management or sales support and advanced English proficiency. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in order management or sales support.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ / C1).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries on products, pricing, availability, lead times, and shipping.
• Prepare quotations based on approved pricing and margins.
• Review POs and convert quotes into sales orders; provide status updates.
• Coordinate POs and monitor supplier shipments and documentation.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data and support compliance and reporting.
