CONFIDENTIAL in Bogotá is seeking an Order Coordinator to ensure merchandise is available on time and aligned with PriceSmart merchandising standards. You will oversee inventory levels, coordinate replenishment orders, and maintain clear communication with vendors and internal teams.

The role emphasizes applying the Six Rights of Merchandising, monitoring order status, and building strong relationships with buyers and distribution centers to support efficient stock flow.

Formación

• Experience in inventory control and replenishment processes.
• Understanding of merchandising standards and Six Rights of Merchandising.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventories and items as per budget.
• Place replenishment orders with vendors.
• Integrate PriceSmart philosophy and the Six Rights of Merchandising into daily operations.
• Track order status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with Buyer/Assistant Buyer on issues with vendors and items.
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors and company personnel.
• Ongoing research for efficient merchandise distribution to Distribution Centers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventories and manage items as per budget.
• Place replenishment orders with vendors.
• Integrate PriceSmart philosophy and the Six Rights of Merchandising into the daily operation.
• Track order status to make sure items make on-time delivery guidelines.
• Communicate with Buyer/Assistant Buyer on problem vendors and items.
• Maintain a professional relationship with all vendors and company personnel.
• Ongoing research for the most effective ways of distribution of merchandise to Distribution Centers.
