The Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily, to ensure that all customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role serves as a key link between warehouse operations, customer service, and logistics to maintain smooth and efficient order flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily order fulfilment activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
• Review and process customer orders, ensuring data accuracy and inventory availability.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to prioritize and schedule picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
• Communicate with shipping carriers and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or issues with inventory or shipment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and returns.
• Collaborate with customer service to provide order status updates and resolve fulfilment‑related inquiries.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fulfilment and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and quality control procedures.
