We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IDC Supervisor to join our Global Logistics team in Bogotá. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our Import Distribution Center (IDC), ensuring that receiving, storage, and shipping activities are executed efficiently while complying with PriceSmart policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

What's unique about this job (What you'll do)

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise daily inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse operations according to established schedules.
• Ensure receiving and shipping processes comply with company procedures, including documentation, system transactions, and pallet control policies.
• Monitor inventory movements and operational activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure warehouse areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely system updates for all receiving and shipping transactions.
• Manage documentation and adjustments related to damaged, missing, or excess merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO/OEA) program and internal operational standards.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational controls.
• Supervise the performance of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity goals and operational KPIs are achieved.
• Prepare and review operational reports and performance metrics.
• Plan and manage workforce scheduling within the IDC to support operational requirements.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

• Technologist or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within retail, distribution centers, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service mindset and commitment to operational excellence.
• Availability to work flexible shifts.
