Talentum Headhunting in Barranquilla, Colombia, is seeking a Logistics Support Assistant to join our Operations team. The role focuses on administrative and documentation support across operational needs, with a strong emphasis on organization and accuracy.

You will maintain files in OneDrive, follow up on documents with stakeholders, and support Excel-based tasks while working both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work alternate weekends is valued in this dynamic environment.

Formación

• Advanced English is mandatory.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills are required.
• Experience in administrative, operational support, or logistics roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with Office 365 and OneDrive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends when required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and documentation support to the Operations team.
• Organize and maintain operational files and documentation in OneDrive.
• Follow up on missing or pending documents with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to Operations as needed.
• Maintain an organized filing and archiving system.
• Ensure information is updated and readily available when required.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities according to operational needs.
