Accommodations Plus International is seeking an Operations Analyst to support crew coordination and layover operations for our global airline partners.

Role involves monitoring systems, handling inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring smooth daily operations with a focus on accuracy and timely information. English and Spanish fluency, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in operations or airline crew scheduling experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Ongoing).
• Hotel or Airline background will be an asset.
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality work.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Multilingual: English (advanced) and Spanish (intermediate).

• Monitor systems and handle calls, emails, and messages from multiple sources.
