Job summary

Accommodations Plus International (API) in Bogotá is seeking an Operations Analyst to help manage crew scheduling and layover operations with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness. You will monitor systems, handle communications via calls, emails, and messages, and support the next shift with clear, timely information.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in operations or airline scheduling, a bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills, and multilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in operations or airline crew scheduling preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Hotel or Airline background will be an asset.
• Strong computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office products especially Excel.
• Multilingual skills: English (advanced) and Spanish (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and communications with focus and agility.
• Report to the leader any item that may affect the operation.
• Analyze the best way to solve problems related to the operation.
• Maintain clear and constant internal and external information.
• Direct daily activities to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Ensure fluidity and information for the next work shift.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisor.
