1083 Amadeus IT Group Colombia, S.A.S. is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide high‑quality functional and technical support for Amadeus Airline customers.

The role acts as the 2nd/3rd level service desk, handling incidents, service requests, and production support, with a focus on rapid restoration and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate holds an IT degree, speaks English fluently, and has experience in Amadeus Airline products or airline industry at airports.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to investigate cases by correlating application behavior and logs.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, investigate and recover incidents within service levels using knowledgeable solutions.
• Respond to customer questions concerning Amadeus solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot client environments using system and network tools to diagnose communication problems.
• Log issues into the problem tracking system and assist 3rd level groups with root cause analysis.
• Assist investigations of serious problems with expert groups to achieve fastest restoration of service.
• Activate on-call for escalation outside normal working hours.
• Provide customers with updates on critical problems and progress.
