We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our OPS team in Bogotá. You’ll work with fellow Operations Analysts in a collaborative environment focused on sharing knowledge, supporting one another, and improving processes.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Current student or professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Languages, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
