• Experience in operations or administrative support; professional services preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence learning new technology and working across multiple systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documents and requests accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
