Responsabilidades

• Channel Finance Management: follow up on reconciliation and inventory stocktaking.
• Tax Affairs Management: timely processing of tax data and required documents.
• Credit & Collection Management: review overdue payments and credit ratings; manage credit lines.
• Marketing Budgeting & Forecasting: process monthly data and submit accruals.
• Retail & Marketing Finance: manage store data visualization and monthly data tracking.
• Media rebates: align with procurement; update regional ledger.
• SG&A management: track budget progress and analyze abnormal data.
• Quarterly control tests: high-value material checks and ROI reviews.

We are looking for a detail-driven and proactive Finance Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will handle core operational items in the financial domain, including tax processing, credit and collection management, retail and marketing expense forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Finance Management: Follow up on customer reconciliation progress and customer inventory stocktaking, verifying completion quality against specific requirements.
• Tax Affairs Management: Timely completion of tax data processing, verification, and provision of required tax documents and materials.
• Credit & Collection Management: Regularly review customers' overdue payments and credit ratings and actively manage credit lines.
• Marketing Budgeting & Forecasting: Process monthly data and submit accruals (such as field force, RTB, and logistic services).
• Retail & Marketing Finance:
• Manage and promote store data visualization, tracking the monthly manual appending of sales and financial data.
• Manage media rebates: organize regular alignment meetings with the procurement team, identify regional challenges, and maintain an updated regional ledger.
• Manage SG&A, track budget progress, and analyze monthly abnormal data.
• Perform quarterly control tests, including high-value material spot checks and store construction ROI reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in finance-related majors (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, etc.).

Professional Knowledge

• Basic accounting principles and knowledge.
• Basic tax concepts and tax logic.
• Basic logic surrounding marketing budgets and forecast management.

Professional Skills

• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Mindset: Eager to learn, highly adaptable, and proactive.
