About the Role

We’re looking for a Colombia-based full-time Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help us scale our core operations through data analysis, automation, and AI-enhanced workflows — while directly supporting both internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth, reliable experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Gain expertise in our payroll and operations systems that process hundreds of millions of dollars monthly
• Support data audits, reconciliations, and reporting workflows
• Design and implement automation tools and AI-assisted processes
• Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional U.S.- based teams
• Work closely with clients to troubleshoot issues, ensure accuracy in data processing, and provide clear, timely updates on operational matters

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or similar roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional-level English communication (written and verbal), with the ability to explain complex processes clearly to clients
• Enthusiasm for AI and automation (bonus: experience with LLMs or no-code tools)
• Self-starter mindset — thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments
• Experience at a startup or working independently is a plus

This will be a hybrid role with 3 days in our office located in El Poblado.
