Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementation and maintenance of compliance frameworks and standards.
• Perform internal audits and prepare documentation for external audits.
• Follow up on security standards across programs.
• Prepare incident and status reports with evidence collection and findings.
• Monitor partner assessment progress and raise gaps to security manager.
• Conduct training on compliance, risk, and security for employees.
• Serve as point of contact for security questions from internal teams.

About The Job

The Operations Security Analyst supports the Operations Security process in supporting and assisting the organization to meet all security requirements. This role focuses on operational execution: monitoring controls, supporting audits, assisting with documentation preparation, and supporting activities with different stakeholders. The position requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to translate security and compliance requirements into clear and actionable tasks.

As an Operations Security Analyst, You Will…

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of compliance frameworks and standards.
• Perform internal audits and assist with documentation preparation for external audits, when required.
• Follow up on the implementation of security standards across the different programs.
• Assist in the preparation of incident and status reports, including evidence collection and drafting of findings.
• Monitor partner assessment progress and elevate gaps to the Operations Security Manager.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees regarding compliance, risk, and security.
• Act as point of contact for operational questions of security from internal teams.

As an Operations Security Analyst, You Need…

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in document management, compliance, audits, or process building.
• Proficient in the use and application of both MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Google products ( Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Knowledge of ISO standards, PCI DSS, or similar compliance frameworks preferred.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with close attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking to identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Effective written and oral communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of document management, audits, and flow charts.
