You will use Salesforce and DocuSign to manage contracts and track data, collaborating with our global legal team to ensure fast, accurate, and compliant workflows.

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Legal Operations Analyst to join our legal team. This entry level role is ideal for someone who thrives on data entry, detailed contract analysis, and process development and improvement. You will play a critical role in supporting our legal team in organizing our contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Analyze, manage, and organize our services contracts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Utilize Salesforce and DocuSign for contract management and data tracking.
• Collaborate with the global legal team to ensure speedy and seamless operations.
• Flexibility to assist beyond standard business hours during month-end and quarter-end close periods

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Data accuracy and integrity.
• Speed and efficiency in processing contracts and data entry tasks.

Reporting Structure:

• This position reports to the Associate Manager, Legal Operations and is part of our global legal team.

• Advanced English (C1 level).
