Job summary

You will handle reports, process workforce management exceptions, and assist with ad hoc projects, research and analysis to drive process improvements. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processes workforce management software exceptions.
• Completes and provides various reports and analysis as needed.
• Administers discretionary, vacation, and compensation day requests.
• Completes special projects and deployments, conducts research and analysis (e.g., daily, weekly and monthly reports), and performs process analysis and innovation.
