Kraken Pro is seeking a product leader to own the onboarding experience globally, from landing to first trade, shaping the early UX for traders.

You will work with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to reduce friction, enhance trust, and move customers from curiosity to confident trading, using AI to personalize paths. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and rapid experimentation to grow activation and retention.

Formación

• 4+ years of product management with onboarding or growth-focused UX.
• Strong UX sense to spot friction and design for trust and excitement.
• Data fluency: define success metrics, analyze funnels, act on data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align stakeholders.
• Customer-first mindset, curious about users and trading.
• Proficient with AI tools to analyze data and personalize experiences.
• Passion for crypto and Kraken Pro’s mission.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Kraken Pro onboarding end to end globally.
• Continuously assess the funnel and drive UX improvements.
• Understand Pro customers and their first days of use.
• Identify friction points via onboarding data.
• Design experiences that build trust at every step.
• Guide clients to their first trade quickly and confidently.
• Partner with Design, Data, Engineering, Marketing to ship improvements.
• Leverage AI to surface friction and personalize onboarding.
