Kraken is seeking a customer onboarding specialist to guide new clients through KYC, funding and verification processes. You will manage inquiries via email and live chat, ensuring a smooth, compliant start for clients across markets.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract for a fully remote role requiring English fluency. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, a passion for crypto, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in a customer service or business support role delivering a 5-star experience.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital assets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client onboarding and verification (KYC review/validation), funding, and inquiries via email and live chat.
• Guide clients through document resubmission and re-verification during remediation.
• Escalate risks or suspicious documents to the appropriate teams.
