Kraken is seeking a seasoned community builder who thrives in a technical, skeptical crypto audience. You will own community engagement across Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, and more, balancing speed with accuracy and authenticity.

You will collaborate with Product and Growth to shape the product narrative, run ambassador programs, host AMAs and live sessions, and ensure feedback loops are strong while conversations remain constructive.

Formación

• 3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience.

Responsabilidades

• Engage across Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit and other channels with authentic, informed dialogue.
• Build and lead ambassador and power-user programs to engage market makers and high-volume traders.
• Host AMAs, live trading sessions and product feature launches; drive conversations and surface feedback to Product.
