Decibel in Medellín is seeking a Product Manager to lead product across onboarding, growth, and product-led marketing. You will turn trader requests into concrete specs and drive end-to-end delivery with a fast-moving engineering team.

You have 4+ years in product on real-money platforms, own onboarding/retention funnels, and can partner with marketing. You are fluent in English, comfortable with data, SQL, and the economics of leverage and funding.

Formación

• 4+ years in product on real-money platforms with onboarding/retention ownership.
• Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, casino, or related fintech domains.
• Owned an acquisition-to-retention funnel end-to-end with measurable results.
• Shipped incentive mechanics and collaborated with marketing on launches.
• Strong data intuition; comfortable with SQL and metrics.
