ARRISE is seeking an on-site IT Support / System Administrator to handle end-user issues and maintain our IT infrastructure across Windows and macOS. You will be the local point of contact for staff, delivering reliable technical support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include logging incidents via Jira Service Desk, configuring AD, Microsoft 365, Intune and SharePoint, managing user accounts, and providing 1st–2nd line support for desktops, printers, and mobile devices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., MCSA) are an advantage.
• English proficiency at professional level.

Responsabilidades

• Log, categorize, prioritize, and manage incidents via Jira Service Desk.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and apps for Windows and macOS, including Intune.
• Configure accounts and access for new or existing users (creation, modification, deactivation).
• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support and maintain core IT infrastructure including AD, Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, and LAN services.
• Take ownership of incidents and requests, monitor progress, and meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for advanced or specialized issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with procurement of equipment and software.
