Concentrix in Colombia seeks a results-driven pre-sales professional with IT, cloud, and AI knowledge to drive B2B software and cloud solutions through consultative conversations. This on-site role focuses on bridging technology and business needs.

You will guide opportunities through the sales cycle, engage decision-makers, and support Microsoft programs and cloud platforms with strong documentation and collaboration across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in B2B sales and marketing.
• 1+ year of account management experience.
• 3+ years in IT/Software/Networking/Cybersecurity/Cloud/AI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer consultations and sales presentations to position software and cloud solutions.
• Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales conversations and clarify pricing.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to support the sales cycle.
• Identify and analyze customer needs to build competitive strategies.
• Document every customer interaction in CRM for future reference.
• Manage and progress pipeline opportunities toward close.
• Advise internal sales on technical product aspects aligned with customer goals.
• Provide internal training to strengthen product understanding.
• Build relationships with decision-makers to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
