Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance at a property in Colombia. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and ensure safety standards.

The role includes make-ready tasks for vacant units, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining the property's grounds. The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds alone (50 pounds with assistance).

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• Valid driver's license to operate on-property vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Performs routine and preventive maintenance on buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and ensures safety standards.
• Handles make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move inspections and punch lists.
• Tracks inventory, secures materials, and coordinates with vendors/contractors as needed.
• Maintains documentation for service requests and quality standards.
