Collective Residential is hiring a Painter / Turn Technician for one of our multifamily communities in Colombia. You will prepare vacant units for rent, manage interior painting, patch drywall, and ensure every turn is done right the first time to keep leasing on schedule.

You’ll also support the maintenance team with work orders, coordinate with cleaning and flooring vendors, and perform light repairs while following safety procedures and Fair Housing guidelines.

Formación

• 1+ year of painting, drywall, or make-ready experience.
• Solid drywall repair and texture-matching skills.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to take part in the after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Paint full interiors of vacant units, including walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and cabinets.
• Patch and repair drywall and texture match.
• Caulk tubs, sinks, countertops, baseboards, and windows; cut in clean lines.
• Coordinate with cleaning and vendors to ensure turns stay on schedule.
• Perform final quality check so units are 100% rent-ready before hand-off.
