Zinger Property Group is seeking an EPA Certified Maintenance Technician at our apartment community in Columbia, SC. You will diagnose and repair HVAC issues, assist with work orders, and help maintain curb appeal.

We offer on-site, full-time employment with paid vacation, holidays and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance, plus a housing discount program. On-call emergencies are required as scheduled.
