Sunrise Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs across our property portfolio. You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep units rentable and grounds well maintained, addressing tenant requests and preventive tasks with professionalism.

The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or painting, with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Formación

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain a flexible, available schedule to respond promptly and resolve after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance, and custodial work.
• Maintain the exterior curb appeal of the community and ensure the cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist with daily upkeep of pools, spas, laundry rooms, recreation areas, rental offices, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant service requests, ensuring efficient resolution within 24 hours.
