adidas is seeking a Manager Trader to lead in-season trading, Open-To-Buy execution, and inventory optimization across Retail, Franchise, and Ecom. You will partner with Buying, Demand Planning, and Omnichannel teams to forecast demand and maximize sell-through and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in retail trading or merchandising, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with replenishment systems. A multi-channel mindset and fluent English/Spanish are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Merchandising, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Retail, Trading or Buying or Merchandising, preferably in sporting goods, fashion, or FMCG industries.
• Experience in in-season trading, merchandising, or category management within a multi-channel Retail environment.
• Experience with Excel, BI tools, and allocation/replenishment systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the in-season trading strategy aligned with business targets and brand priorities.
• Oversee store allocation and replenishment fill-rate strategies to maximize sales and minimize missed opportunities.
• Analyze sell-out, inventory, and consumer trends to identify opportunities or risks and take timely corrective actions.
• Oversee markdown planning and implementation across channels, aligning with regional guidelines.
• Coordinate inventory flow (DC-to-store, store-to-store, ship-from-store) to maintain optimal stock and omnichannel flexibility.
• Facilitate trading and performance review meetings with cross-functional partners to align priorities.
• Develop and mentor team members to improve analytical capabilities and cross-channel collaboration.
