Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Expert OFR CRT to support the DOW Ocean Freight program from the GSC BOG location. You will manage operational activities, handle customer escalations, ensure shipment visibility, and assist with SAP maintenance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key duties include mailbox management, tracking and tracing, data quality, reporting, and scheduling, with a focus on accurate documentation and proactive stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in Ocean Freight, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations.
• Knowledge of Ocean Freight processes, including FCL and LCL, documentation and transportation flows.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with CargoWise and SAP is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Good English written-spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the DOW Ocean Freight shared mailbox and customer requests.
• Handle operational escalations and missing documentation follow-up.
• Monitor shipment status, tracking & tracing activities, and pre-alert management.
• Maintain and update shipment information in SAP and CargoWise.
• Support shipment data quality and master data maintenance.
• Perform shipment deletion, documentation, and scheduling activities as required.
• Prepare operational reports, milestone tracking, and shipment performance analysis.
• Support quotation management and customer communication.
