Job summary

DHL is seeking a highly organized professional to support the DOW Ocean Freight program in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will handle customer requests, manage shipment data in SAP and CargoWise, and contribute to data quality and reporting initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring Ocean Freight, Freight Forwarding, and Supply Chain experience, along with advanced Excel skills and strong customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ocean Freight, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations.
• Knowledge of Ocean Freight processes, including FCL, LCL, documentation, and transportation flows.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with CargoWise and SAP is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Good English written-spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the DOW Ocean Freight shared mailbox and customer requests.
• Handle operational escalations and missing documentation follow-up.
• Monitor shipment status, tracking & tracing activities, and pre-alert management.
• Maintain and update shipment information in SAP and CargoWise.
• Support shipment data quality and master data maintenance.
• Perform shipment deletion, documentation, and scheduling activities as required.
• Prepare operational reports, milestone tracking, and shipment performance analysis.
• Support quotation management and customer communication
