• Experience in Ocean Freight, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations.
• Knowledge of Ocean Freight processes including FCL, LCL, documentation and transportation flows.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with CargoWise and SAP is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Good English written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment status, tracking & tracing activities, and pre-alert management.
• Maintain and update shipment information in SAP and CargoWise.

• Prepare operational reports, milestone tracking, and shipment performance analysis.

About the Role

The role will be responsible for managing operational activities, customer escalations, shipment visibility, data quality, reporting, and SAP maintenance activities within a fast-paced logistics environment.
